Where are you located?

RugsWorld is an Australian company based in Sydney. Our fulfillment center is located in Sydney, Australia. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

When will my order ship?

All orders are dispatched in 1 working day from our Sydney warehouse.

How to track my order?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from RugsWorld. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive another email with your courier tracking details. You can use this tracking to follow your order's journey. If you registered your mobile for order update by SMS, you will also receive a text about your order shipment.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. This means that once an order is placed, it is difficult for us to alter or change it. If you reach out to our Customer Service specialists via the Chat Box, we will do our best to help you!
